ECT Industries has a strong capability to maintain equipment in operational condition. This activity takes place at the Maillane, Brive, and Taverny and Emerainville sites. It is composed of three branches :
Maintenance, with three repair workshops (PART 145, FAR 145 and ISO 9001 : 2000 registered) capable of working on a large range of equipment.
Management of obsolesence of electronic equipment : This know-how, acquired over a number of years, lets us rebuild or repair electronic assemblies or subassemblies whose original maker has disappeared or lost knowledge of the product.
Negotiation for spare parts coming from different computer databases, a stock of more than 24,000 articles as well as an extensive network of suppliers.
In addition to maintenance services, ECT's daughter company, Bayo, designs and installs avionic modifications on both general and commercial aircrafts.
Founded in 1988, this company is located on Auxerre Airport at 1h30 south of Paris. Bayo holds:
- A part 145 maintenance workshop,
- an Alternative Procedure Design Organization Approval allowing them to provide design and certification services leading to the issuance of STCs for avionic modifications,
- a part 145 avionic repair worksop.
Modifications include a large scale of products:
- Recorders,
- Avionique displays,
- Autopilots,
- Meteo Radars,
- Satelite communication systems,
- Alert systems.
