Acquisition of 100% shares of the company e-track

E-Track develops, manufactures and sells tracking (automatic transmission positions) and satellite communication systems used throughout the world.
Its activity now affects mainly the large sporting events such as rallies, strikes and sailing races.
Its annual turnover is currently about 1 million €.

This acquisition strengthens the position of ECT as components manufacturer in strengthening its offer with new products and new services.
